Nein, wirst eh nur Standard Mail bekommst! MB hat keine Lizenz Zurzeit wurde jetzt mir auch schon von Paar User hier wiedergeben! Aber wir werden unser Geld bekommen, frage ist nur wann!!

Aus dem Appstore ist MuchBetter verschwunden, vermute Geld sehen wir nicht wieder

We would like to provide you with an update on our EEA operation and the status of your account with us.
When you opened your account with us you agreed to UAB Payrnet’s underlying Terms Of Services. The reason for this was that we had the legal and regulatory rights to operate in the EEA as per our agreement with UAB Payrnet.
Unfortunately, the agreement between UAB Payrnet and UAB MIR Lithuania came to a sudden unilateral end by UAB Payrnet as directed by their regulatory body, the Bank of Lithuania. Following the end of the agreement, we have been forced to stop our operations in your country.
As far as we know UAB MIR Lithuania is one of a few dozen companies whose relationship has been terminated by UAB Payrnet.
How does this impact your account balance?
UAB Payrnet is an authorized E-Money institution, supervised by the Bank of Lithuania, and as part of its regulatory requirements, it must protect all customers' funds. This is done by keeping those funds in a segregated account, which is separate from their operational funds. That means that your funds are safe and secure.
We have contacted UAB Payrnet several times asking when our customers’ funds can be released so that you can withdraw your money. Unfortunately, we are still waiting for a reply. MuchBetter is even willing to pay you from its own funds but for this, approval from UAB Payrnet and the regulatory authorities will be required.
What can you do?
You can lodge a complaint against UAB Payrnet to release your funds via email to complaints@payr.net or by completing a form available here. Your complaint will have to be investigated by UAB Payrnet within 15 (fifteen) working days. In an exceptional case, where the complaint cannot be dealt with in time, UAB Payrnet will inform you. In any case, the processing of your complaint cannot exceed 35 working days.
If you are a consumer and the reply from UAB Payrnet does not satisfy you or you do not receive a reply in time, you have the right to apply with a complaint in Lithuanian or English language to the Bank of Lithuania at any time now and up to one year from your original inquiry, in one of the following ways:
1. Through an electronic dispute settlement facility e-Government Gateway; by completing a consumer application form available here or filling out a free-form application and sending it to the Legal and Licensing Department of the Bank of Lithuania Žalgirio g. 90, LT-09303, Vilnius, email: prieziura@lb.lt.
2. Or, by filing out a free-form application and sending it to the Legal and Licensing Department of the Bank of Lithuania Žalgirio g. 90, LT-09303, Vilnius, email: prieziura@lb.lt.

Hallöchen ,ich weiss nicht ob es für euch Interessant ist ich habe heute erneut mit dem Support von MuchBetter unterhalten und habe eine ewig lange Email auf Englisch bekommen ( ich glaube die war hier schon irgendwo) ..das ganze habe ich dann erst mal stunden lang übersetzt und habe dann wirklich mal das gemacht was dort stand .. Ende vom lied ich bin auf einer seite gelandet wo man Die Rückerstattung Einfordern kann wenn mann Betroffen ist ..das ganze ist zwar Recht kompliziert und auch dort müsst ihr Ausweiss ,Bankkarte ,Kontoauszug hochladen inklusive Nachweisse vom Muchbetter Konto aber vielleicht hilft es ja ! Denke MB wird nach dieser Aktion erst mal Insolvenz anmelden müssen da ihre Kunden wahrscheinlich erst mal eine anderen Anbieter haben bzw. erst mal vorsichtig sein werden
