Alles klar ....Soooorry für das schlechte google englisch.
Also... ich bekomme die Freispiele trotz meiner Jahre langen loyalen VIP Mitgliedschaft NICHT, da ich statt 2x10€ direkt 1x20€ eingezahlt habe.Wuuusaa....
Die ändern die Bedingungen einfach von heute auf morgen wie es denen passt, ohne die Spieler wirklich darüber zu informieren. Keine Email, keine SMS nichts... auch im Newsbereich gabs keine separate Meldung, die haben lediglich im selben Newspost die Bedingungen abgeändert und somit war es für die erledigt. 
Was geht denn mit den ganzen Casinos ab? Wie lächerlich ist das ganze denn eigentlich? Ob ich jetzt 1x20€ oder 2x10€ einzahle... 
Ach ja... habe dann vom Loyality Department fürs gleiche Spiel 50 Free Spins bekommen, somit wurde ich um 50 weiter quasi beschissen. 
Aber ja dafür soll ich jetzt noch dankbar sein oder was... lachhaft.
