I'm betting on the coaching effect at Kaiserslautern: Markus Anfang has been sacked and Torsten Lieberknecht, a true Palatinate native, has been hired who is fired up for the task and can reignite the euphoria there. The team is still in the race for the relegation place, but urgently needs three points. FCK usually perform convincingly at Betzenberg, and the Red Devils were clearly the better team in their last home match against 1. FC Nürnberg, only losing due to a disastrous exploitation of chances. FCK should once again create plenty of chances against Schalke's vulnerable defense.
