On 05.01.2025 Liverpool FC will face Manchester United. The match will kick off at 17:30 and will take place at Anfield (Liverpool).

It will be the first match of the new year for both Liverpool FC and Manchester United. For Manchester United, the season so far in the championship has been anything but good. They are currently in 14th place, 7 points ahead of 18th place, which would mean relegation. They still have a bit of a cushion, but they should slowly get back on track. However, the likelihood of this happening against Liverpool is not exactly high. Liverpool FC are playing a strong season. With 45 points after 18 games, they are in first place. liverpool have won 5 of their last 6 home games by a 2 goal margin. I think Liverpool will also win clearly against Manchester United and therefore my tip is to win by at least 2 goals.
