The British Gambler Protection Organisation GambleAware has carried out a survey with seven well known online casino operators. For this purpose, around 20,000 customer accounts of each operator were analysed anonymously. In the newly published interim report, the experts’ conclusions are devastating. According to this report, some few gamblers generate the majority of the gross turnover.
The Dutch Gambling Supervisory Kansspelautoriteit (KSA) forecasts a clear revenue growth on the online gambling market. According to them, the gross gambling returns should reach the magical mark of one billion as early as 2024. Other countries also expect to see a substantial growth in gambling returns from the online-sector.
In 2020 several million Euro or as the case may be US-Dollars were distributed by online casinos to gamblers. The highest winnings were generated traditionally with the progressive Jackpot-Slots.
