A well-known German rapper recently reported that he had turned down a lucrative casino deal. According to the report, the artist was offered almost 60,000 euros per month by an online casino for a bit of live streaming. But which rapper is it and what are the reasons for the deal being turned down?

Almost every streamer has received offers from online casinos in the past. While some of the streamers have accepted the deals in view of the high sums on offer, there are apparently also some who are not keen on such collaborations. Rapper Kolja Goldstein, for example, reported on Pascal Kerouche's STOKED format ‘Unframed’ that he had recently turned down such a promising casino deal. Back at Christmas 2021, we asked ourselves at GambleJoe whether MontanaBlack had turned down a casino deal worth €12 million.

Online casino offers Kolja Goldstein almost 60,000 euros per month

The German rapper tells ‘Unframed’ that the crypto casino Stake offered him 14,000 euros per week for a little live streaming. This corresponds to a projected monthly income of 56,000 euros. Nevertheless, Goldstein rejected the casino deal. In the past, rap duo Celo & Abdi had already been offered a casino deal for a similar amount. This offer was also rejected in February 2023.

Kolja Goldstein made a specific statement:

‘They offered me 14,000 euros a week. That's 60,000 net a month if I gamble for a few hours on a Sunday’.

However, it was not for moral reasons that the casino deal did not materialise. He was relatively direct in the interview, saying that the amount was simply not attractive enough for him. Instead, he is open to collaborations, for example, if it involves a ‘six-figure amount’. Back in autumn 2021, we tried to answer the question of why so many casino streamers play at Krypot Casino Stake.

Kolja Goldstein is a German rapper whose real name is Nicolas Sheahan. He was born on 27 November 1991 in Augsburg. Today, he belongs to the gangsta rap genre and addresses criminal offences such as drug dealing and bodily harm in his songs. The rapper currently has almost 220,000 followers on Instagram.

According to Goldstein himself, he is not so interested in the topic of gambling. Instead, other things in life, such as spending time with his family and art, are important to him.

The crypto casino Stake does not have a German licence from the Joint Gambling Authority of the Federal States (GGL) and is therefore illegal in Germany. Anyone who plays here as a streamer or ‘normal’ player for real money risks criminal prosecution and thus a fine or prison sentence.
