Study: bwin is the most visible gambling provider on the Internet

According to a recent study, bwin is the most visible gaming provider on the internet. According to the study, other top brands with a corresponding public presence include Lotto24, Westlotto and Spielbanken Bayern. Today we report on other interesting findings from the 74-page study.

Earlier this year we reported that bwin's parent company, Entain plc, was withdrawing from unregulated markets. However, the "eVisibility Gambling 2023" study concludes that bwin is the new most visible gambling operator on the internet. The study was published by marketing analysis specialists research tools.

How did the "eVisibility Gambling 2023" study work?

The marketing analysis experts analysed the gambling sites in depth in four categories. These are comparison sites, social media, search engine results and paid search. The results were published on 74 pages in mid-December.

According to the results, the UK gaming provider bwin is currently the most visible provider. By comparison, last year bwin was in 13th place. According to the study, a total of just over 150 gambling sites have generated significant visibility on the internet.

Which other gambling providers are visible on the Internet?

In the "Top 10 eVisibility Gambling 2023" ranking, some providers surprisingly landed in the top places. These include Lotto24 and Lotto Hessen in second and third place and Spielbanken Bayern and Westlotto in fourth and fifth place.

The British betting provider bet365.de also made it into the ranking (8th place). Bet365 has a German licence for sports betting, among other things.
