Hello, I would like to share my experience here.
This is about the sports betting Provider Betway.

I am also registered on Betway for almost 3 months (among others also on Bet365, Interwetten, Tipico, bwin and a few others)

Since I am with Betway, I have gambled away here in the meantime about 12,000€.
(Ok- own fault)

Now I have requested a payout of just under 1,000€ and since then the trouble goes off, because I do not get my money!!!

I have verified myself with: ID card, 2 household bills, deposited with 3 of my credit cards and my verified Neteller account!!!

First it said: my stated date of birth does not match the one on the ID,- then it said: the bill is not recognizable in full A4, then it said, meanwhile the bill is too old etc etc etc ...

I still do not have my money!

The helpline does not work!

Reply letters from Betway have fantasy names that do not exist either!

This is annoying and also happens with many reputable providers. Most recently experienced with Betsson and Mrgreen

Nevertheless, I can assure you that BETWAY will pay you 100% of your money. Set yourself immediately a loss limit of 1€, so you do not gamble the money. They, like many other casino operators, try to make you gamble your money away
