Hello zsm,

unfortunately the following happened to me at Winamax and I hope someone can help me or has experienced something similar.

I deposited €100 via Klarna and then received a message that something had gone wrong with the transaction and my money would be refunded, no problem I thought, it can happen, but the money was not refunded and the €100 was simply deducted from my bank account!
I then contacted support and they said that we had never received the payment and that the error was Klarna's fault.
I contacted Klarna and they said Winamax had received the money and you can see it on the transaction receipt.
What should I do now, I have been using Klarna for years and there have never been any problems, Winamax for a few months and there have already been 3 problems with depositors.
The chat is unfortunately totally incompetent and answers every 24h with the same automated answer that they want an account statement with all the data (I have sent it to you 5 times now!)
Does anyone have an idea?

LG

Contact Klarna, preferably by phone. You can certainly find the number on google. Winamax won't be able to help you much.

I had a similar problem years ago, but it involved €2500 that was debited but never credited. After 3 days I contacted the payment Provider and they were able to refund the money within 24 hours.

Thanks for the feedback!

I had already contacted Klarna and they said that the payment was completed as normal and that the problem was with Winamax.
I believe Klarna more, as there have never been any problems in all these years and Winamax somehow gets in the way

I had already contacted Klarna and they think the payment was completed normally and the problem lies with Winamax.

Unfortunately, I can't know who is to blame, but try to get a confirmation from Klarna somehow, which you can then present to Winamax. It's hard enough to do anything as a consumer when both parties blame the other.
