As in every area of life, people tend to develop habits that are very difficult to get rid of.
I don't want to come across as a lecturer, I'm not a pychodoc and far be it from me to prescribe something to you.
Is just a suggestion to question some well-worn patterns and thereby in the long run the sides more money abutrotzen
Because one thing should be clear!
--> No cas is your friend
Even if some make super flashy on buddy, but all are in the end hard as nails and want only one .... your bucks
It should be achieved one thing in any case.
* no more total loss
* to reduce the frustration at loss
* pay out more money than before
Of course I hope that you all write your good ideas here so that one or the other can profit from it.
And also post the results here.

Ausz never undo!
Is mMn the most important thing at all and like many things only a head problem.
But easier said than done, right?
I can only advise you ... get used to it. In the long run you will have more of it.
The sides play with you by the Ausz. too long undone can be made
and you can use it again and lose.
I know, it's not easy, you fool yourself with some flimsy reasons ..
* you are just so nice in the flow
* there is still something
* you could win even more
It's been like that for me for a long time,
i just imagine that the whole department there laughs at me --> hähä again one as soon as I have reversed the Ausz. Since then, it works great ... once in the system = remains in it!
How about this:
Tomorrow is also a day with many more chances.
Turn off the box ... go to sleep or distract you somehow otherwise.
Advantage
When you wake up the next day it's a much better feeling to know ... oops, there's an outs coming = yippieh^^
than to realize frustrated ... oh all gone again.

make several outs. during the session
I understand ... if it only goes down it is really very hard to keep.
Should you have but nen good run or it much back & forth gehn then makes in between simply again and again ne Ausz. and forget this!
Advantage:
It can no longer be a total loss
After that, however, do not play down to 0.
If nothing more goes still leave something on it and (best over night) make break.
The next day you have a completely different perspective on the matter.
And please never make a withdrawal dependent on a certain amount of profit.
That way you put yourself under pressure for something you can't influence anyway.
e.g. from xxx I pay out
what do you do if it is only 10 below? Pay nothing and miss the opportunity?
Better to take everything that is given to you

another idea
if you have "little" to use, the total loss is naturally closer
playmoney ... first test ?
Set the amount as you would otherwise play. If it is quickly gone you might even miss the desire to use it "properly".
But also the thought:
With real money runs but better.
Again, it applies before assess yourself and be prepared to lose that little.

I am one of those. I don't know why, but when I get to e.g. 200, I pay out a little and so it drags on the whole session. I'm not the type to have a lot of money in the account and then play high and hope that a massive profit comes
Is so ne macke of me
