Hey,
I bought a bonus in Buffallo Hunter the other day.
In the last spin I got a lot of buffalos for the retrigger but only 1 counted. After that the retrigger disappeared.
Now I have received a pdf file with all my game histories.
None of the rounds provided fit my gameplay.
In the round with the id " 857650755" you can clearly see that in the trigger of the bonus each roll is shifted down by one.
If you compare the first round of the pdf with my replay you can see that immediately.
Casino support says that I got a retrigger in the round and therefore more spins, which was not the case.
