Hello all,

I'm brand new to the forum and have a question about the two modes.

Is the same chance of winning given in both or does it make a difference?
I like to test games before I then invest my cleanly earned and there I have more often made the experience,
that in the Funmod rather FS or higher wins are the case than in the Cashgame.

Do you have similar experiences or is it pure imagination?

Best regards

PS: If this thread is in the wrong place, please move it accordingly. Thanks

In my opinion pure imagination because you do not really perceive losses. Also, you play awesome stakes and on 100€ you win then sometimes 15,000 in the FS and think awesome, but that's still only 150x and nothing special. I have previously very often angetestet and it ran also often times catastrophically bad

i don't think there is any difference what changes is your own playing behavior you are more willing to take risks because you don't lose anything and so there are situations you might not experience otherwise.
i like to use the fun mode for new games to see if I like them before I try it with real money

Thank you for your reply.

So the Variance is the same whether real money or fun ?

I started to test the different machines out of boredom.
I made between 250/500/1000 spins with 0,50€ bets like I would play in the cashgame.
I noticed so far nothing special except that more often FS / retrigger etc. come.

Best regards

I definitely have more luck in fun mode. And I play extra the same stakes as with real money, because I don't play for fun, but just to test this.

I wonder anyway if the many fun mode rounds have an influence on the real money rounds. If multiple high or the maximum wins come in fun mode and everything runs through the same servers, hardly high wins can still come with real money.

I would also be very interested in this.
If that's the case, many good rounds will be wasted in Nirvana and then there will be a dry spell again

Why the hell should funmode rounds influence real money rounds? Even a fat real money win in a slot doesn't affect how the slot runs afterwards, unless it was a Jackpot of course. If every spin is subject to the same theoretical RTP it simply makes no difference at all. This is really far-fetched.

I also think "definitely" more luck is misinterpreted. You could document your rounds with real money and with play money and after many thousands of spins in both versions, that might be empirical. So this is simply a subjective assessment that arises quickly due to the factors that the play money game brings with it and have already been explained here

As written above, I'm also testing this for some time or I'm still doing it

As written above, I've also been testing this for a while or I'm still testing it

Then do that and I think you will come to the same conclusion as I did when I tested this once

Bones, it is irrelevant whether you think something is misinterpreted. Actually, I don't feel like constantly arguing against your overloyalty anymore.
I have definitely more luck in fun mode. Since I can judge that much better in my own sessions than you or anyone else, I don't take your objection seriously either.
I'm also not going to spend hours or days recording all the spins to present empirical data to you, of all people.

As for your first paragraph, even if it is again completely in vain:

A slot does not throw high wins indefinitely. If everything runs through the same server, it makes no difference to the Random Number Generator whether something runs with play money or real money. Unless there is a rule that differentiates between the two. I don't know, that's why I'm asking myself this question.

So if there is no difference, the probability of a win with real money decreases if high wins have already been made in fun mode.
Since there are more players playing the slots in fun mode than in real money mode, the probability that the randomly thrown high wins go to fun mode and don't come in real money mode for a while increases. Or vice versa.
As I said, if a slot does not make a difference between real or play money.
If someone has exact info, please share.
