due to some contact from your side, that some Paysafecards do not have the full value anymore, we have read the Paysafecard terms and conditions.
In fact, we ourselves were surprised by the changes in the terms and conditions by the company Paysafecard and could quote the following:
Paysafecard AGB (old) - Status: 30.06.2022
2.1.2 Monthly Maintenance Fee: FREE for the first 6 months after purchase and € 3 per month thereafter
This fee will be directly deducted from the balance of your paysafecard.
Paysafecard Terms and Conditions (new) - Status: 01.07.2022
2.1.2 Monthly Maintenance Fee: FREE for the first thirty (30) days after purchase and € 3 per month thereafter
This fee will be directly deducted from the balance of your paysafecard.
We were not aware of this change and the financial loss until just now and have found a short-term solution. From now on the 10 Euro Paysafecards are called "7€ Paysafecard from Germany". From now on the 25 Euro Paysafecards are called "22€ Paysafecard from Germany".
Since the decline in value will continue, we want to distribute as many cards as possible and have set you on all Paysafecards a additional 20% discount .
For your information: On 29.11.2022, an additional €3 will be deducted from the credit of each card variant.
The 6 members who have already experienced a loss of 3 euros in today's exchange requests will immediately receive a refund in the form of GJ Coins, which you can of course use immediately for further exchange requests.
We ask for your understanding and we hope you take the situation with humor - we take the loss on our head.
We have just researched, also the Crypto Vouchers have now an expiration date (180 days) and we had only a handful of "old" Crypto Vouchers in the system. We have removed these vouchers and the problem should not occur anymore, because we have only "new" vouchers in the system. Bluff and co have been contacted by us and have received a new code

Did you misunderstand That only affected a few singles today and we made up the loss. But that's why there are now 7€ and 22€ Paysafe cards, because the cards lose value by 3 euros every month. I.e. exchange and use is the motto.
