Dear Community,

tomorrow we will be rolling out a small update to the Terms of Service and Privacy Agreement as our business address has changed.
The business address will be updated from the city "Santa Venera" in Malta to the city "Birkirkara" in Malta.

Aside from the new address, nothing will change in the terms and conditions, we just wanted to give you a "heads up" so you don't look at the notices tomorrow confused and looking for more changes that don't exist.

We are also not physically moving, we all work from home .

Best regards

Matthias

Actually, I was going to spare myself any comment on your redundant question, but I have to admit that it does bother me.
What does changing offices or business addresses have to do with selling a company?
As I said, nothing changes, only the address because the Santa Venera office was terminated.

Why so thin-skinned? Was ne normal question. I just googled the place and the first hit was an address of Greentube.

Well, Malta doesn't have that many towns to have a clue just because of the name I think almost everything on Malta takes place in these two points haha

Oh well, we honestly expected someone to come around the corner with a post along the lines of "criminal corporate structures".

Your post was the first in the thread and somehow it had a bitter taste for me. As if we would sell the portal and then not let you know. But maybe I was really a bit thin-skinned today, I'm only human .

In fact, in the place Birkirkara are hundreds, if not thousands of companies, but we are there only administratively registered, so we do not have to use our private addresses for the company.

In Birkirkara there are now a few high-rise buildings where many companies are located.

So, ... if I had visited you a little over three years ago during my Malta weekend trip with my wife, you would have only gotten as far as a locked door at the business address given?

You do not use your own business address. It's just the office of Dr. Werner in Malta

I think there was Corona then, the door was really locked
But outside of Corona you could have stopped by the old address any day, there's always a receptionist on site who doesn't deny we're registered there either. We don't have a mailbox company, but the employees there are paid by us (pro rata) and perform services necessary for our business.
They receive mail, parcels and deliveries, open and scan letters, we go there and hand in documents for our lawyers or go there when the annual audit is done and hold business appointments there in the office / meeting room.
Even at the new business address, someone is there every day - that's just super convenient to know that tax accountants, lawyers, bookkeepers are all under one roof.

Actually that is our business address, our company is located there in the same office of Dr. Werner and is continuously managed and serviced there by said lawyer. And of course there are other companies in Malta, which are also managed by Dr. Werner and have also registered their business address there.
This has nothing to do with a letterbox company, but is common in Malta, because every company must have a business address.

So I can confirm, the Dr. Werner from Malta really exists, I've been to dinner with him a few times.
I can confirm, he looks like on the photo!

If he looked like the photo, I wouldn't be able to eat a bite. And I would always have to touch the nose to see if it was real.

Okay. Will make a note of everything and check it on the next Malta trip.

And indeed 3 1/2 years have already passed since then. In late November 2019, my wife and I fell in love with the island. About two months later there was the first lockdown. Madness, how the time runs.

I think then, for example, the visit to the Dragonara Casino was the better experience for us.😏 For conversations with your receptionist, the time was then too short.

Greetings to all 🖐️
