Unfortunately we can't quite follow your post at the moment, as gamble1 had already written above, the respective items should only be able to be reported once.

As long as the error message is being processed, it should not be possible to report the same article again.
Unless the error message or the article has already been processed, then other users could of course report another error in the respective article.
