You can see quite nicely in the video how the ball rolls from field 17 to field 25

If it had stayed on field 17, the player would have had a direct hit, but it didn't. Without any logical explanation, it also rolled against the direction of the Roulette wheel onto the adjacent number....

There are some videos on the Internet where the ball is almost stationary and suddenly it bounces out of the field:

It may look funny, but that would be really stupid of Evolution. It would work better offline because there are no cameras that could record it (except the ones in the casino itself) and you don't have the same quality (image and speed reduction).
