Maybe others have the same problem or maybe a solution for me?

I've been having a general problem with Merkur Slots for about 4 weeks, I want to open them and nothing happens, so the screen stays black or the game loads, but then I only hear the sound and get no picture, if I reload the games 3-4 times I might be lucky and it opens! It happens to me with all the popular providers like StarGames, Jackpot Poker or Sunmaker.
I have also tried other browsers but the problem still remains and I have Windows10 on my laptop.
All other game providers run smoothly!

Does anyone have any idea what the problem could be?

i would suggest a graphics card update as a solution.
In general, all Merkur slots should open and run. Some are a bit slower, which can be fixed by deactivating hardware acceleration.

You may also be able to test this.

I have a similar problem on my cell phone. For the last 4-6 weeks I have always been logged out when I started a Merkur game when using Brave Browser (Chromium). I knew this from before with NetEnt. I couldn't start it in a chromium build browser. Firefox is not a problem.
