yes, even if it's just soup or something. i don't like it when i eat bread for breakfast and dinner, then at least (at least for me personally) it has to be something warm for lunch.

That's what I've usually done since my diet. I skip breakfast because I'm interval fasting. Lunch is then hot and dinner is cold and light. Mostly salad and if I don't feel like salad, then just a slice of bread.
