Actually a good idea, which I will also take advantage of.

Last night we had a nice "Texa pot" with bread.

The only downside to this treat is that I get flatulence every time from all the beans.

That's not a disadvantage.

Today we're having a nice country house cutlet with fresh home-grown cauliflower and boiled potatoes.

Tonight we'll have another nice barbecue in the fresh air.

yes then go to a good butcher, then you will notice a difference again

that's true in normal cases, but there are exceptions, for example: we have a butcher who offers everything possible, is relatively large, even with its own restorante...

because work colleagues of mine recommended that I take a look there, especially if you come home from work and don't feel like cooking, you can take ready-made spare ribs, knuckle of pork, Lerberkäs, roasted belly meat ect.... to eat at home...

i've done it a few times now and am completely disappointed, first of all the prices are so high that you should feel like throwing up, but no, that only came to me when I tried the Spar-Ribs, salty and with an off-flavor that wasn't good at all, you know when pork has such an unpleasant off-flavor?- that's exactly what it was...

then ok, maybe I just got the wrong part, then I went back 2 more times, each time the same, I thought to myself ok that's no longer a coincidence...

then I tried the stelze, every time, really every time it was completely salty, you almost couldn't eat it, of course I said that every time the next time I drove up, the answer was yes that's normal that they are more salty... ect...

so in my opinion they somehow want to sell 2-grade meat, with a lot of marinande and salt at overgrown prices, and hope that you don't notice the aftertaste...

and in general the prices are outrageous to the point of being impossible, i wouldn't say anything if the price corresponded to the quality but what you get there for 2-grade meat and then also for completely overpriced

i know one thing for sure, I won't be going there again

i get 10 times better quality at penny, which has its own butcher's store in every store

That's really disgusting. I know exactly what "aftertaste" you mean. Lots of marinade, lots of salt to cover up what is almost spoiled. The food goes straight in the bin for me. It's outrageous to sell it at overpriced prices and pretend that the meat is something special. But the store should have less and less to do if the quality is so consistently poor. However, some people tend not to want to admit the obvious if they have only paid dearly enough.

A good piece of meat from a good butcher when I feel like it. But just less often.

yes, i don't know about the people i deal with, they're like: "what kind of a wanker are you", they're all people who don't care about anything, e.g. me and my family pay extreme attention to what we buy and eat,

example: do the tomatoes come from spain or austria, i don't even buy the ones from spain.... always take the regional ones even if they are more expensive ect...

my colleagues at work are like this...: it doesn't matter, the main thing is that it tastes good, or is nice and greasy and hearty.... whereas i'm more the opposite... so of course i also make sure it's good, but if possible regional and organic if it's within the price range

for example, i buy all my pork from a farmer near me, top quality at a good price, i know that the pork was slaughtered the day before and is therefore fresh, and i can even see how the pigs are kept....

that's the problem i think there are just too many people who don't pay attention to this kind of thing, and if you criticize something like i do to people who don't care about anything, the answer i get is what kind of a wanker you are

another good example is that we have coffee machines in the company where you can press down coffee for 50 cents, what's inside is pure (milk powder ect) poison I don't drink either, I drink coffee but not this poison, all my other work colleagues drink it and they know it's harmful but do it anyway
