I just replied "Jesus says the woman is subject to the man".

Some men can be glad that there are women who have no self-respect and are not demanding, young junge🤦‍♂️

The like only referred to the chicken.

The last paragraph was for the garbage can.

Vegetarian again today.

Baked smash potatoes, seasoned only with rosemary and salt, served with sou cream. I had a salad on the side.

The last paragraph was for the ton.

The last sentence with Jesus was meant ironically and I always tease my wives about it.

I respect my wives and if I can I fulfill all their wishes (but only if I don't have to go shopping with them).

I believe you, but it still came across a bit funny

Thank you I've already had some small successes. but 200km a week is quite an achievement ^^ that's 40km a day, so a good 2 hours. Would probably be too much for a beginner. I'm currently running for an hour, so mostly 5km, and I'm doing well with that. I hardly have any sore muscles and it improves my general fitness. There's a great route here that you can cycle. It goes from Fürth to Nuremberg, so that's a good 10km. I'll give it a try soon.

But when it comes to losing weight, they say it's 30% exercise and 70% diet. I've never eaten a lot, just too much unhealthy food (burgers 1-2 times a week and pizza once a week). I've now reduced that a lot (I ate my first fast food after 4 weeks) and also changed my eating habits. I rarely have a hot meal in the evening, but only light food, i.e. 1-2 rolls (no wheat) and/or something else, such as boiled eggs today.

Tomorrow I will prepare jacket potatoes and eat them for lunch. Then probably protein bread with paprika sausage in the evening.

Do you set yourself a time in the day when you have to finish eating in the evening?

I'm also trying to give up wheat and reduce sugar for the time being, which is not so easy.
