So in our store we deduct 13% for every order that comes in via Lieferando, plus another 93 cents for every slip of paper that has to be printed out.
Regarding the prices, they have to be the same prices as in the restaurant and you commit to this when you sign the contract.
Since I live near a center park that is almost 20% occupied by Dutch people, we are unfortunately dependent on Lieferando because people all order online 🤷♂️
13% plus 93 cents is a lot.
Of course, it's understandable that it doesn't work for you without Lieferando. It's probably the same for many operators, and the people behind Lieferando know that too, of course.

Are you sure the store is buzzing in high season? Center Parc is always fully booked in summer. You can probably still make a good win from the masses.
Are the Dutch stingy when it comes to tipping or not?
In our small town there is not a single Provider who offers anything via Lieferando.
There used to be some. The fees charged by Lieferando are probably too high for the restaurants.
There used to be Lieferando Cashback days with 30 percent.
Do you use Lieferando cashback @ Saphira
No, I don't use Lieferando cashback. I very rarely order from Lieferando and have actually come to the conclusion that it's better to avoid it and - as Hanshanshans says - order directly from the restaurant. We have quite a few great Italian restaurants nearby, so it's actually a good idea.

You're lucky to be able to enjoy home-made lasagne every now and then. You can't beat it, of course. I once made a spinach lasagne myself and loved it. You can really only eat the "ready-made" stuff if you're on the verge of starvation. With Lieferando, I just noticed that they all tasted equally bad with the same sauce.

Yes, I have that luxury maybe once a year I can cook too, but I'll never be able to top my mother
My mother always makes them with lots of cheese and very creamy, so with lots of béchamel. I can also highly recommend it - but of course it's a matter of taste

Oh yes, without Lieferando we would probably have problems as we are off the main road in our village and therefore the restaurant is less busy, mainly locals

Here in the Hochsauerland, winter tends to be the high season, so of course it's worth it, but a lot of money is "lost" anyway
If the Dutch give 50 cents, that's a lot, whether in the restaurant or on delivery.
Had dinner tonight. I decided on spare ribs, absolutely world class. I was a bit "disappointed" that the BBQ sauce was already on it, I prefer to have little to no sauce with something like this, but it was just right. It went perfectly with it. And the little beer in the background rounded off the overall concept once again🙂

Tonight we'll have another nice barbecue, steaks and a couple of belly patties with tomato salad with mozzarella and fresh garlic baguettes.
