Homemade chicken gyros today, seasoned with salt pepper oregano paprika rose hot thyme garlic granules ... I'm not a fan of cumin and coriander and it just tastes delicious like gyros so I leave it out. Served with Greek yogurt with salt pepper + 1 clove of crushed garlic, rice and coleslaw.
