With a soup chicken ? Because I just looked at broth noodle recipes and there is always a soup chicken.

Brühnudeln are with beef,

Brühreis is with chicken,
at least in Berlin 😉

For a few months now completely meat-free and that does me quite well - yesterday's a few pans of gnocchi with fresh tomato sauce and mozzarella, what you just get during the week quickly on the plate 😁

you're right of course, but is too much effort for me.and also quite expensive. i eat e.g. at a broiler not like the white something dry meat. this I cut but then into small cubes and freeze them. so I always have a meat insert there if I ever want to have broth noodles. since I do not need to buy extra beef and cook for hours. utilization + save

Come on, cheer up, there are better days, too, so you can eat some chocolate and try to calm down

Fresh pollock was on offer at the fresh fish counter. Good portion is taken breaded and fried in clarified butter, plus boiled potatoes and dill sauce homemade from roux and a cucumber salad. One of my favorite meals.
