Must have been ray liver or otherwise sea urchin or its gonads (orange-colored slime stuff inside the sea urchin). Where after a spoonful was first time conclusion (nausea, stomach reaction). It has tasted absolutely awful, but was also not fresh with the seller and the standards there...

Congratulations on the win, do something nice with it and give yourself a present for Christmas
With the most extraordinary, what I once ate, were the cojones of a bull during a vacation in Spain.
From the bite, similar to squid, rather tasteless, very discreet only after meat, but intensely after garlic, which they have used, among other things, to sear, before it went afterwards for about 10 minutes on the grill.

many extraordinary things I have not yet eaten..years ago times Weinbergschnecken, which have a firm meat and so bad was not the taste.... Ostrich and crocodile I have also tried, if you did not know it, you would not recognize it further...oh yes and horse sausages, have for me a very unique taste, kind of hard to describe, but now and then quite delicious
Otherwise, you can chase me with liver and aspic, not my case at all....

Congratulations.
I had crocodile once. Has tasted like swamp, I do not have to have again. Otherwise snake fried. That was delicious, although I can not make out what kind it was.

Also from me congratulations and thanks for the action!
The strangest / most unusual was a salad in France in the middle of nowhere. As my French was rather bad than good I ordered a salad with "duck". It turned out that the meat what there was to the salad was indeed duck... but after asking the waitress and pointing to her belly I then realized that it was duck innards :X Before I knew it, the salad was even quite "okay"... after that... it was hard to eat the further

Congratulations on the win.
My best experience was the one load for dinner, with a village elder near Kunduz.
Meat, mutton/donkey/ I don't know, don't want to know. Plus yogurt and a paste of something, rice and pita bread.
It was amazingly delicious, with nothing to compare with what is available here.
Only the yogurt I have not eaten, that was too dangerous for me because of Montezumasrache 🤢 that hold no Central European stomach from 😁.
Impressive was the unconditional hospitality! Since some one could cut off here a big slice.
