All these good resolutions not to gamble anymore, I know that too. But I think that's much harder than setting a fixed amount of money per week and then only playing discreetly. That's what I have resolved to do. My new limit is 250€ per week, so 1000€ per month that I am allowed to gamble away.
If I win and cash out, the money will then be used to gamble in the next few weeks.
Sometimes gambling really helps me to relieve stress and relax - others recommend sports, but since my last visit to the gym my back hurts too much weight as a beginner in deadlifting... Ouch...:D then rather a few push-ups and sit in front of the slot for an hour in the evening

I wish you all a nice and peaceful christmas. I have with my girlfriend now first in peace breakfast, with my son tried his new marble run, has been fun ...
