As the law is now to be introduced, one is here yet no step forward or do you see it differently ? As I have heard, it should only be possible in certain clubs to acquire cannabis in the future (monthly up to 50 grams). In order to enjoy this, you have to sign up for a membership in the club and then you can grow and consume your own cannabis there. But what was originally planned, that pharmacies or certain specialized stores are established, where every adult can then legally buy cannabis, that has now been canceled again. So I don't see any improvement here at all. In summary, the vast majority of consumers will still have to go to illegal dealers if they want to buy weed. This is a very good law for the black market, but nothing more.

The social clubs are only optional. Everyone is allowed to have 3 plants at home, and that's enough for most people. Of course, full legalization would be better, but I would prefer something like this 1000x than how it is now. The only excuse then to go to the Dealer can only be laziness, or disinterest to deal with the breeding.
