Hi guys and gals....I have the following problem. I have had a Lebara SIM card in my phone for about 4 weeks. Most of the time I have a German IP when I use mobile data, but from time to time I get a French IP assigned...for whatever reason (I live in Dresden and could understand that a CZ or PL IP might be used)
But as soon as you access German regulated casino addresses with a foreign IP, of course you get the error that you are not in DE and you are blocked.

Am I then allowed to use a German VPN?

I just don't feel like logging in again 10 or 20 times (flight mode on and off) to get a German IP?
