i want to briefly go back to the 100 posts topic, since my name has also been mentioned here (thanks for that Malganes )
I just want to make it clear that we're not going to stand here and say "rules are rules, there's nothing we can do". We have really looked into the issue for a long time and tried to find the best possible solution. We have to find a balance between rewarding regular users and attracting new users, and unfortunately there are also users who exploit this system. Exploitation =/= forbidden and the Playmaus case is the best example of this. Her posts in the forum were all comprehensible and even if she posted them all once a day, it's not forbidden. I wouldn't know how to proceed as a moderator. Should I simply delete posts? Where do we end up then? If completely closed threads are brought up, I would of course intervene. I mean, that was the case with Playmaus once and I wrote something about it.
On a very emotional level, I have to say that it really annoys me and with every "case" you hope that it's not just a collection of 100 posts, but a new, active user.
Do you have any ideas/suggestions on how to adjust this with ratings?
GUTS, no problem, then I'll write fewer posts in the near future, it's not like I've provided the user with a few codes. q

Do you have any ideas/suggestions on how this could be adapted with ratings?
Here are a few suggestions:
1) Insert a minimum number of words for users without a ranking. You also have to do this for the casino rating, so why not here?
2) Add a post block for unranked users. Either they can't post twice (like Arina in the Saarbrücken game) or they have a time limit of 10 minutes (in the same thread). Increase the editing time of the posts to 10 minutes accordingly.
3) Increase the requirement for rating from 100 posts to 300. You have to wait 6 months to be promoted to amateur anyway. 300 posts in 6 months is an average of 50 posts per month. Couple that with a minimum word count and you've at least solved the problem of short posts.
These are good suggestions to keep the balance between regular users and new users. I know you really mean well, but unfortunately there is always a small percentage of people who take advantage of the system. Not only do the new users suffer from this (everyone is lumped together), but your regular users suffer too (annoyed by the behavior of the new users).
I would only delete if a) old stuff is being pulled out or b) spam is really being used.
People ...I have not insulted anyone here or anything else, I am sorry if I have broken any rules. Some people here have over 50,000 points, they don't just come about like that. If gamblejoe wasn't so generous with the coins, half of the users here wouldn't be active at all.just look at yourselves.I'll hold back a bit soon and write the most necessary posts.sorry if it was annoying.

Nobody is accusing you of anything. It's about new users in general and not about you.
There has been a problem in the past with new users being accused of point farming/post farming. So you didn't start a debate. The debate already existed^^
Yes, some have 50,000 points - but what does that have to do with it? I too have posted 1-2 pointless posts. There's nothing wrong with that. It's about the frequency. If this happens 30/100 times with one user, then other users may feel annoyed/annoyed by it.
As a new user, I wouldn't accuse the regular users of not doing better (quote: "just get a grip on yourselves"). You don't know how active the "old hands" are here and how often they have written helpful posts.
Many of them are certainly not only active here because of the coins. The coins are a nice extra. I like to exchange ideas with other people and help where I can. I think that's how many of the regular users feel.
You don't need to withdraw. By doing so, you are making another mistake and confirming to the masses exactly what they are being accused of.
I don't do anything...Then comes this insinuation that I'm exploiting the system here, and then they make fun of how I write my reviews, which I find very weak, quite honestly.

New users are accused of leaving after reaching 100 posts.
You want to withdraw now.
Aren't you confirming what new users are accused of?
So what? Are you that thin-skinned or what? I was made fun of. It was about my grammar. Did I cry about it? XD Nope, I stood by it. I know I'm not perfect at German. I only got 6 points in my A-levels But I can speak a total of 5 languages.
Don't let something like that trigger you and enjoy the platform

Yes, by withdrawing I mean that I don't just write nonsensical posts, but of course I'm still active, why should I leave, I think it's good here and I'm grateful to gamblejoe for doing something like this for the users, I don't want to argue with anyone here now, so I'm for peace.

That wasn't meant to be directed at you personally, it was just a comment since we introduced this rule.
