Hello people,

yesterday I had 2 open transactions for 100 € each. Today I log into online banking and suddenly see that these have disappeared without having withdrawn funds from my account. I was yesterday even more in the "lower account area" than this morning. I don't understand it at all. But there is no turnover displayed in this regard. So not because of whether it was withdrawn, there is simply nothing.

Talking to the bank advisor takes forever at the Sparkasse
Anyone here that something similar has ever happened?

Sometimes the bookings appear a little later, possibly still in processing.

Otherwise, send your bank consultant an email, which are "usually" answered quickly.

Most savings banks have an online chat where they can also give you information if you are logged into the OB

Look in the account under details there is your account balance or your available amount then you can calculate whether it is only a delay or it was completely canceled

Because of the time it can also be it was booked but not yet gone from the account
