I watched the mini-series "The Signal" on Netflix the day before yesterday and yesterday. German production with, as far as I know, only unknown actors. 4 episodes of about 55 minutes each.
The suspense is maintained over all 4 episodes, I thought the storytelling was great. The actors were also authentic.
The miniseries has a mystery/alien setting and doesn't really do much that's new. Except for the ending. I wasn't expecting it and it was a real plot twist. It was kind of weird, but perfect in its own way.

I didn't like it at all. The story has already been filmed in 1993. It's called "Survival". I thought it was great. In my opinion, a remake was unnecessary.
But, it's heavy fare, that's true. It's hard to imagine being in such a situation and having to make such a decision.

No, unfortunately nothing is known yet, but I think you can buy them on Prime, I've really thought about it
Yes it's not for everyone but I like this serious one where this stupid alien just answers so stupidly haha
