This one is great. It was often shown as a two-parter on TV in the 90s. I bought it on DVD at some point.
"The Langoliers" is a prime example of what makes a good story.
Bad TV movie actors, miserable special effects (they could do better even in the 90s) and in places the dialogues are not the best. Still, the overall package is right.
Langoliers, after Shining (brain-psychological torture), for me the best King film adaptation.
Yes two-parter, like Beast-fright of the deep, this film with the giant octopus🤣. Had forgotten to say that it depends not only on the special effects but the story is very important. Stephen King has already brought out good things. Last time the film Dolans Cadillac seen by Stephen King, I personally also very good

Langoliers was great. But the best King adaptation for me is "Dr. Sleep" from 2019 based on the novel of the same name and is also considered a sequel to "The Shining". I can only recommend.

The two have already played together in "Bruges see...and die", this one is also great.
I really only know Shining by Stephen King, but I'll check out the other stuff soon.
I like the actor Brendan Gleeson anyway. I've also seen movies like Bruges..., The Law of the Family, 28 Days later, The Guard-An Irishman Sees Black or the series Mr. Mercedes, top

You name it. The film creates a special mood and above all stimulates the imagination. The completely deserted airport just had something and was very interesting, at least at the time.
@Donny
Check it out again. Has aged much better than Mortal Kombat.

- Tulsa King, season 1
- The Mandalorian, season 3
- Your Honor, season 2
- Yellowstone, season 5
- 1883, Season 1
-Carnival Row, Season 2
I finished watching Your Honor last time, it's definitely worth watching. Even if I would have expected a different course in the 2nd season. Tulsa King is kind of funny and also good
