And indeed, it seems there will be no further season and the series has been discontinued (due to lack of ratings).
Now I'm honestly quite annoyed and would now like to know how the storyline continues.
Saw that there is also a book by Stephen King about it, has anyone read that by chance yet?
I read it and it was really good. But I've been a King fan since I can remember. There is also a film version of the King Nebula in feature length. Also worthwhile. I can also recommend King's "Storm of the Century". A very exciting three-parter. Almost better than The Fog. Again and again I find fascinating with King how well he highlights that man is closest to himself in adversity and the next becomes a bitter enemy.
By the way, the next season of "You - I will love you" has now started on Netflix. However, only the first 5 episodes. The next episodes will start in March. So who has followed ... it continues with the sympathetic psychopath. 😲
are there still series junkies here (Netflix and co.)?

I'm currently watching Mayday Alarm in the Cockpit on Disney+ which is currently going on I think over 20 seasons and I'm shocked and fascinated at the same time because of what trivial things can crash large aircraft
It's quite tragic because you always see how many people have lost their lives but it's also awesome to see what tiny things the investigators find the reasons in the end

Watch a similar format on YT, where disasters of all kinds (plane crash, collapse of bridges and dams, etc.) are briefly rehashed in 10 minutes. Is really 90% of corruption or untrained / new staff, which is not yet familiar with the necessary safety precautions that these accidents happen. Already violently!

Yep, that's how it is, but there are also a lot of technical problems and then there are fortunately cases where pilots can land their gigantic A380 despite total engine failure + control problems almost without scratches
In one case the wheels had a temperature of 1000 degrees after landing because the thing had to brake down from airspeed and that without the help of flaps or the engine that was also awesome

Nah, is it supposed to be good?
But I watched the ZDF series "The Swarm" the other day, because I thought the book was pretty cool. Was unfortunately only mediocre, also deviated too much from the book.
Otherwise, there are still quite good newer series on prime:
The Consultant with Christoph Waltz in the leading role
Is about a company that is about to go bankrupt and is taken over by a consultant (Mr. Waltz), who has a somewhat unconventional way to lead companies. A few good WTF moments and laughs were there, but overall just not a mega series like Breaking Bad or so.
And the series "Luden":
Miniseries about the rise of the "Nutella Gang" in St. Pauli in the 70s and 80s and their rivalry with the GMBH. Some very violent scenes, not for the faint-hearted.

Since I can currently also recommend the series MH370 on Netflix. It's scary what happened to the flight at the time and how much there was botched.
