Hello everyone,
i have won a nice sum of €3,000 at Wunderwins Casino. Without bonus etc. I deposited with my Skrill prepaid credit card. When withdrawing, there are now problems with Verification, as the casino wants proof of ownership of the card. This means the card number with the first and last name. My Skrill prepaid credit card is physically linked to Apple Pay, it only has the card number, expiration date and CVC on it, i.e. without my name. I then sent the casino the Deposit receipts from my bank and the deposit to the casino. Unfortunately, this is not accepted. Are there any solutions here? Do I have to order a credit card so that my name is engraved on it? It's really stupid that there are obstacles in the way when you cash out..

I had the same problem once with the virtual Neteller credit card, because there was nothing on it in the app. Then I logged on to the homepage and took a screenshot with my name in the top right-hand corner of the Neteller page. They then accepted it and my withdrawal was approved.


I just don't know how the homepage on the skrill site is structured.
