Hi guys, I have a quick question.
A few weeks ago the Novos came on Win2Day. As an Austrian of course a highlight, because so far it was impossible to play Novos online for us.
I made myself an account about 3 weeks ago and had diverese problems with deposits. Paysafecard deposits hung tw ne hour in the queue. I then contacted the live support 2,3x because of this. There was then deliberately lied, because they told me that would be due to Paysafecard. The whole thing happened but now already 3x and before I never had problems with Paysafecard. Nowhere. The problem was, after the Deposit loads the window with the confirmation often not ready and then hangs the deposit forever in the loop.
After this, in my opinion, deliberate misinformation on the part of live support, I pointed out to support (really friendly) that this can not be true. Because the payments were also debited from the Paysafecard and just then confirmed at some point by Win2Day. Vl. even manually. At least it seems so.
But now my real question:
Since these problems, the live support is offline. I mean, it is permanently offline. For almost 1.5 weeks now. I look now and then on the page purely, because I also have sports betting running etc.. Recently it was again so that a payment hung. On a normal weekday in the afternoon. Livesupport of course offline. I write a mail to the support, with the request to confirm the payment, bang 5 min later the payment is confirmed. But until today I have never received an answer from the mail support. No matter what it was about.
Are there more people here who are registered with Win2day? Is the live support also permanently offline, or have they really kicked me out of the live support offer? Just because I have used the 2,3x, because of payment problems?
