I made a small win at Wildz after ages, requested the payout and then made a selfexclude, because the payouts are not cancel-proof at Wildz. I had an IBAN in there for an account that starts with BE - a Belgian one. Why not a German one? Well, it's a bank (Monese) that works via app and is free. So just there. I had the Iban also ewigkeiten already EIngetragen - but the last payments always went to the then still permissible, associated Mastercard. Anyway - now the payout was canceled with the reason "Please enter a German bank account and pay out again" - The Livechat does not want to cancel my Self Exclude nor change the account data in my new account (I also have a German account, that would be no problem).
