Hello dear Gamble Joe community!
I would like to briefly explain what happened to me on Monday.
I deposited $300 into my Videoslots account and was already playing when I was suddenly logged out.
I didn't think anything of it and logged back in and continued playing, whereupon I was logged out again and to my surprise my account balance was 0€ when I logged back in.
When I looked in the account history, I saw that 3 withdrawals were made, in the amount of 200€, 25€, and 21€ (who now thinks, why he has not canceled them, I must say that Videoslots, which is also really good actually, pays out pretty quickly) Which is why it was no longer possible for me to cancel.
I then contacted support as soon as possible and explained what had just happened.

The support employee then blocked my account and forwarded this case to the security department.

After 4 days I got an email saying that I should please run a virus program and then log back in and change my password, which I did.
To my disappointment my account balance was 1€ and on Monday when it was locked I had no prizes open (free spins, Jackpot wheels or similar and my account balance was 0€) but now my account balance was 1€ and I was added 10,10,5,5,5 free spins.
I asked the support if it was not possible to give me at least a compensation in the form of Jackpot Wheels or Free Cash.
The support person told me that he understood my dilemma and he was sure that we would find a solution, but there was nothing he could do except to pass the case to the (by me very beloved ) security department.
A few hours later I got a mail from the security department saying that unfortunately it is not possible to add free cash to the account. And it was my fault that I was hacked.
