i signed up today at Videoslots and was able to make a nice win. Then I wanted to verify myself, but it says you can't open my documents, even though I haven't uploaded anything yet and I'm not given the option to upload anything. Has anyone had this before? Livechat could not help me. I deposited with Paysafecard.

You can upload the documents under My account -> Documents. It took me half an hour until I was verified.

- Filetype: JPG, JPEG, BMP, PNG, TIFF or PDF
- Must not be larger than 3MB (three megabytes)
- Address confirmation must not be older than 3 months
- All 4 corners of the documents must be visible


Try with different browsers. Maybe also via cell phone. If nothing works, ask if you can send it by e-mail.
