After several hours, no payout. Also that more withdrawals are requested now is not a point, actually just means they have few withdrawals/customers otherwise

I don't find the Verification process straightforward at all. When I asked when the requested money would arrive, the chat said that my proof of address and account screenshot would not be accepted. My phone bill sent three days ago was not proof of address. They asked for my electricity bill or my salary statement (since these must not be older than three months, the electricity bill, which is sent once a year, looks bad). And on my bank statement must be my address! There is no address on my bank statement, I wrote. I should go into the settings.

I contacted the chat again. Contrary to what the mail says, I guess the address actually has to be on the account statement and that has to be sent as a PDF. So I have to go to my bank on Monday and ask if there is such a wisch. Have not experienced this so far in any other casino.
