If a slot would throw a random number between 0-5 scatters on every spin, with 0 being the most likely and 5 the least likely, you would also see 2 scatters much more often than 3. Logically speaking, 3 scatters are just that much rarer. I ignore this most of the time. But if it happens too often, like it often does in DoA, then I change the game.

Back to the question at hand, I hate it when this happens.
