Hello Community,

i have a little problem and hope for some advice.

I received a summons from the police the week before last.
I am accused of participating in unlicensed gambling.
The whole thing took place on 09.12.2022.
I was honestly surprised that I have only now received a summons.
I immediately canceled the appointment and will not comment on this matter.
I have not yet consulted a lawyer.

I had a pretty good run at Luckydreams at the end of last year and won about 7000€.
