We have an automated system that releases the payouts. Most payouts are released automatically.
However, there are some rules set here that forward certain payouts for manual review. These are either required for us by law, or are in your and our interest (protection against fraud, money laundering etc.). We cannot and may not publish which rules these are in a forum.
As these manual checks are carried out by our agents, they can take up to 48 hours. As a rule, the times are of course shorter and we transfer the payouts the following day, but our official communication is 48 hours.
