Am a bit frustrated.

Wanted to report that I won 1900€ on 05.04.23 at Raptor Casino. Read it out via bank transfer 1x 1000€, 1x 800€ and 1x 100€.

The payments were confirmed on 06.04.23. Then was Easter, on Tuesday 11.04.23 came the 1st 1000€. Thought the other follow the next day. Nothing, then waited 1-2 days, contacted support: Payout would be completed blablabla.., should send a bank statement inputs and outputs. Ok, bank contacted statement sent to Raptor last week 19.04.23. Again heard nothing more, asked for update: We are in contact with the payments Provider to further investigate your issue. As soon as we have an update we will contact you via email.

What should I do, it sucks is a lot of money 900€.
Has anyone had a similar experience and still got their money?
