Hello everyone,
i've been reading here for a while and now have a question.
I have been playing at 7Signs Casino since December 2024 and have deposited a total of around €3,150. I made the depositors with a Revolut Visa card that my son created for me a few years ago. The card is in his name, but I use it for my purchases and payments.
I currently have a win of 4,000 euros in my casino account and would like to have it paid out. I have now read in various threads that Verification can be rejected if depositors use a means of payment that is not in their own name.
Has anyone had experience with a similar situation? Is there a way to still successfully initiate the payout?

Hello,
this could actually lead to you not receiving the payout. It is always bad to Deposit from accounts/ cards that do not match the owner of the casino account.
I have no idea how fair 7Signs is now, as it unfortunately does not have a German license.
And since you are apparently not yet verified, there will certainly be problems due to the different name.
