Online Casinos in general: Qassino Casino does not pay out

Hello, I registered at Qassino Casino but did not receive my wins of €3000.
I played at the casino without Bonus money and did not break any rules.

When I was verified and wanted to withdraw my wins, there were problems with the casino because I deposited with a credit card which unfortunately I could not withdraw to. Unfortunately, my credit card did not accept depositors.
I was able to withdraw a total of €100, which was processed by my credit card, but everything else was rejected. So there is still €2900 in my account.

So I contacted the casino and asked for an alternative. After a lot of back and forth, the casino agreed that I could also use cryptocurrencies as a withdrawal method.
So I requested my next withdrawal via crypto, which has now been unprocessed for 10 days.
The casino's statement was that the payment Provider had informed the casino that I had allegedly initiated a chargeback of my depositors.

As this is absolutely not true, I wrote to my credit card provider and received an official statement that I did not initiate a chargeback of my deposits and also sent the casino a transaction list showing that no chargeback had been made.
It is therefore clearly evident and proven that I never initiated a chargeback of my depositors.

The casino informed me on Friday that they have sent the evidence to the payment provider and will get back to me when there is an update. Unfortunately, I haven't heard anything since then. The Live Chat no longer responds to me and the casino has not responded to several requests for an update.

I have also lodged a complaint with AskGamblers and CasinoGuru, so far to no avail.

I would be grateful for any advice on whether I should wait and see or if I really need to worry about not receiving my wins.
I have done nothing illegal, have always been friendly and cooperative with the casino and have provided all requested documents directly.
But now I'm worried because I'm no longer getting a response from the live chat, because the casino no longer responds to my emails and because my complaint to AskGamblers and CasinoGuru has had no effect.

Maybe you have some tips for me on how to deal with this situation.
I just want to receive my wins.

Thank you very much in advance.

I think you've already done everything you can do. I briefly tried to find out about the casino and I rejected it straight away. Why do you play in such places? Ignorance? Naivety? It's always advisable to at least find out about casinos in advance, even if it doesn't always help

The only thing I can think of off the top of my head is if you have chips in the casino with which you can Deposit 10 euros and then withdraw them. Payouts definitely work on that. I can't say anything about the rest

Are there also bad reviews of casinos on Ask? Not a serious site for me for a long time. Some casinos give free spins for good reviews, I just can't classify them as serious anymore

Now it's getting really hairy with the Risk of confusion. When WithoutWings writes something, I always take a close look at what I've written. Now Pasxal 107 at the start and the two of them also among each other... Welcome from the confused Hans

With a casino with a 5.6 score at Ag, founded in 2023 and a non-name company in the background, you should be quite willing to take risks when depositing there. With only 11 player ratings, I wouldn't put much stock in it. If you're already playing raw and looking at Ag, why not choose one of the top casinos?
At least the Curacao license is real and if you have already filed a complaint with Ag/Cg (are these still being processed?) you can do nothing but wait and see. If everything is true as you said and there were really no chargebacks you will get your money but they will take their time because they speculate that you might be tempted and continue playing.
In future, I would also avoid depositing directly into foreign casinos with your credit card because otherwise a nice letter from the public prosecutor from the GDR 2.0 could end up in your letterbox ✌️

You can see his complaint at Cg. Rating is also not high and related casinos have even worse ratings. There is no guarantee that such bad reviews are true, but I would not have played there. All he can do now is wait and hope that the casino will pay out at some point or take the complaint seriously. You should write off the win in your head

My complaint with AskGamblers has now been closed because there has been no response from the casino.
I still receive no reply to emails.

Does anyone have any tips on what I can do to get my money back?
A complaint to CEG?
Any other ideas?

first of all: i'm really sorry that you ended up with such a scumbag. 3000 is a lot of money. and don't be discouraged on top of that, ultimately it's not your fault and it's good to inform yourself beforehand, but in some cases it hasn't helped at all. i also have no idea what the point is of trying to pull one over on a victim (even if they're not at fault) with pointless "you should have done xyz...) comments. i think the loss is enough, don't you?

another thing that comes to mind: write a Trustpilot review (i'm almost afraid it won't help, they don't seem to care about your reputation, but who knows. maybe there will be a reaction because more people are looking at it)

unfortunately, with asg and cg you have already picked up the platforms that can exert the most pressure (if they want to). otherwise there are also latest casino Bonuses (lcb) you have to google. in general, i would leave reviews everywhere you can, try to submit a complaint, what google spits out on forums and review portals. maybe that will help.

Thank you.

It's really the first time I've won some money and then I don't get it.
Especially as the timing would have been perfect, as I have to pay for an operation for my dog and could have done so without a loan thanks to the win.

I contacted LCB yesterday and provided my casino details. Maybe that will help.
Unfortunately, they don't have Trustpilot..
My last attempt would be the official regulatory authority CEG, where I can also open a complaint.

Maybe a miracle will happen & I'll still get my money. Maybe they really do have problems with the payment provider. Because my payout hasn't even been rejected, it's just 'pending'. But that's probably more my hope.

Even if it takes a while, that would be completely fine with me. But the fact that I haven't received an email from support for 10 days now, even though I've asked several times (always politely and cooperatively).

I just hope the whole thing will be resolved somehow.

So if they don't even respond to your complaint in such a case. Then it doesn't look good. File a complaint with the license. Search all social media channels and post there. Search Google for other employees from them. That you can write to several email addresses. Call them? Try everything you can. But it doesn't look good. Google casino Affiliate forum and say you have not been paid. You don't have to say that you are a player. There is a very large one. Ask for contact details Skype etc. Really annoy them so that it is better for them to pay. I don't know if it will help. If you don't know how. You can get in touch

Thank you.

I'll wait another 2-3 days to see if LCB comes up with anything. Otherwise I'll make a complaint to the license.

Regarding the Affiliate issue, you are welcome to write to me, I am currently only allowed to be contacted.
That would be another idea..
