Hello,

i'm hoping that someone here can help me with a pending payout. I registered with Wunderino a few weeks ago - deposited via PayPal and then played.

Since last week I have been trying to have the balance transferred to me.

First via my bank account - which didn't work because they said I should choose a withdrawal method with which I deposited.

Well, then I chose PayPal. And now I got an email saying that this doesn't work either.

I deposited twice in total - first via PayPal, then via Paysafe.

I then contacted support and they said that I should enter the payment method I used LAST.

I then asked for the terms and conditions in which this should be stated. Then he talked about a closed loop etc.

The point is...it just seems that he refuses to pay out on Paysafe even though I want it on PayPal - most likely in the hope that I might give up.

How should I proceed and can a reputable Wunderino support team help me?

Thank you - I have just checked this. But if you google it you get contradictory statements regarding a direct payout from Paysafe to a bank account. Was this perhaps changed not too long ago?

But I've just seen a YouTube video of someone demonstrating in simple terms that this is possible - and now I have confirmation from both of you. I'll just do it via Paysafe.
