Hello dear forum,

i wanted to try spinbetter today and I just deposited 25€ with my credit card. I wanted to start then what to play and no only game can be opened... it always comes error this game is currently not available, then I wrote in the livechat and from them came that I should send my Id first to the their email. I then sent my Id then they wanted my credit card I also sent and now they write me

Casinos usually require proof of address in addition to the ID (e.g. electricity bill, or certificate of residence); most banks also require this when opening an account.

I would guess that the formulation is stupid. Send them everything again completely:

- Identity card (front and back)
- Proof of address (electricity or landline bill)
- Copy of the used card (front and back)

Remember that the card must be signed and blacken the third number block of the card number. Also black out (important!!!) the CCV.

If they have that, it should work.
