Hi guys,
i've been playing a lot at BluVegas over the last few weeks. Made a small win and lost a lot... I have earned a total of 810€ Cashback this month, so you can work out how high my net losses were. Now it's coming ... yesterday I deposited a lot but lost... I also lost 300€. It was debited from my credit card but did not arrive at the casino. Strange because a good €2000 arrived before without any problems... But that's being clarified internally. My cashback was supposed to be credited tonight at 12... but it's gone now!!!!
I mean we are talking about 810€
That's quite a hammer... is there a contact to the manager here?
Has anyone had a similar experience?
I've already submitted the other thread for deletion
Unfortunately, I'm not familiar with BluVegas and the topic myself. We have no direct contact with the casino.
Perhaps another user has had similar experiences, but in the best case scenario the problem will resolve itself in the course of the day. I'll keep my fingers crossed for you
Thank you! It wasn't shown to me either... let's wait and see what happens now. I'm already moderately shocked at the amount. It's not a bonus in the true sense of the word but almost cash. Only needs to be wagered once...
I have now written to support again... supposedly there is no casino manager. My request from yesterday morning about my missing depositor of 300€ is supposedly being processed...
i am very curious how this will continue... depositing thousands of euros was no problem... it's always the same... I should just leave it alone 😂
Yep. For years and never had any problems... DKB
As far as I can see, the Sparkasse is known for shitting on its own customers... and what exactly is supposed to happen? Is there a case where something really happened to a user? If so, this has passed me by

Depositors by bank are not recommended at all, withdrawals are even worse.
The obligation to report illegal transactions applies to all banks, so your bank may report you to the authorities at any time.
Stopping gambling is not such a bad idea with a net loss of 4000 EUR per month

It's definitely a good idea... if it was only 4000€ but you probably know how it is... maybe I'll switch to netteller... and yes... I've always read about reports, but were there any consequences? Criminal consequences?
DKB kicked me out because of the payouts. Sooner or later, if you've been saying that for years, you'll end up with a big one if you're unlucky. Generally speaking, don't use bank accounts, it just gets annoying and expensive. There are alternatives 😉
Apart from the costs and the hassle, loans are still a problem many years later. For example, despite having no debts and a credit score of 98 and a good income, I can't get a loan anywhere because the banks make a note of things like that.
Postbank / Ing / and DKB, my girlfriend's Volksbank have canceled. Two of them have filed a complaint.

Oh well... that sounds really bad. Thanks for the warning! I will change that from now on! But I think I'll give it up again for a long time. After a break of several years, I've now had another tough phase and lost a lot. It just sucks in the end.

Thank you very much for your honest words!
But you could also read all about it in the advertisements. Unfortunately, the banks usually don't give notice until a year or more later. So even if you quit, you still have to hope for ages that nothing will come. It's just stress for the brain and the stomach. Just take crypto
I'm going to ignore it for now. I can't change it any more. But Netteller is okay too, right? I can't get my head around this crypto stuff... anyway... I hope they credit my Cashback now and then I'll leave it alone for now...
