Hello all,

maybe someone here knows how this goes. I have scored a Bigwin 10.000€ last week. So I also got the first place in Pragmatic Drops & Wins (Weekly Tournament) (see screenshots).

There it also says "in black and white" that I won. Does anyone know how/when something like this is paid out? This is not an "instant win".
