- on 15.06.2019 I used the app Numbrs for the first time and sent 5 euros via bank transfer to Sunny Player.

- on 17.06.2019 the execution took place in the app and also in my online banking and appeared in the sales.

- Sunny Player I contacted via chat but they could not see anything until today except my last Deposit from 9.06.2019.

- the savings bank answered my question that the transfer would have gone through and it could take up to 3 days until it would be visible on my account in the casino.

- until today, nothing has been received and nothing has changed.
