I play in many OCs but what I have seen at PlayFrank has never happened to me. In the free spins, the wins absolutely do not match the corresponding images. For example, if I had three balls, nothing happened. If I had no win in the picture, it suddenly counted a win. Everyone who knows Books&Pearls and plays can see from the pictures that this does not fit at all. The support was "trying" but had no idea about the game and how a winning picture looks like.
