Hi!
I play in many OCs but what I have seen at PlayFrank has never happened to me. In the free spins, the wins absolutely do not match the corresponding images. For example, if I had three balls, nothing happened. If I had no win in the picture, it suddenly counted a win. Everyone who knows Books&Pearls and plays can see from the pictures that this does not fit at all. The support was "trying" but had no idea about the game and how a winning picture looks like. It was supposedly forwarded to the game provider. Am curious what comes out of it. I will definitely make a complaint to the MGA or what else do you think I should do? Seems very scam to me!? I have inserted three pictures. Everyone who knows the game knows immediately that this does not fit. The best picture is the one with the three balls Two of them on top of each other Never seen that there is at all
habs also just played at Videoslots. came but unfortunately nothing. but you're right, 2 balls on top of each other I've never seen so far. and I play that actually very often. can actually only be nen bug I think

Then thanks for the kiss and congrats on the win 😂 but that doesn't solve the problem! I feel pretty screwed with such pictures

Just seen your winning pictures 🙈 cool 😎 I'd like to have too 💰
This has nothing to do with fraud, this is an error on the part of the Provider, I have just tested this myself at another casino and also uploaded a winning video.

Hey Julian thank you for this, but do you have to worry about possibly not getting your payout for such a bug due to a software error?
Yes, it says so in every casino T&C.
But the question is whether the casinos find there ueberhaupt ne track they pursue.
Think but after such Thresds as here zb Play Frank will look closely.

You can find the winning video here: https://www.gamblejoe.com/videos/immerhin-zahlt-der-bug-d/
It is apparently already known and was also forwarded and the error should probably be fixed shortly.
